Stephanie L. Hamilton

Stephanie is an Associate of the firm, practicing in all areas of civil litigation. She has worked on a variety of commercial matters, including tort and contract claims, estate litigation, real estate litigation, defamation law and insolvency. She works closely with our partners, as well as independently.

Stephanie has appeared in the Provincial Court, as well as in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Stephanie has also participated in alternative dispute resolution courses, and believes in solving problems creatively and effectively while making the most of the time and effort invested by clients.

Stephanie speaks French and is a member of various divisions of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, including the administrative law, Vancouver civil litigation, young lawyers, French-speaking members and communications subsections.
