Justin G. Lam

Justin works closely with our partners in a wide range of civil litigation matters, while maintaining primary conduct of cases in fields of law including commercial and contractual disputes, personal injury, family and employment.

He looks for opportunities to resolve his client’s legal matters through settlement, where possible. Where litigation is required to meet his client’s objectives, he draws on his experience as counsel in various procedural and substantive matters, including as trial counsel, before both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Justin has also appeared as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. 

Justin speaks French and basic Cantonese. He is a member of various subsections of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and has been active in various pro bono programs in British Columbia.
